Our Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. Therefore, it does not qualify for refunds.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Payments made for paid subscription plans are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and access has been granted.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved
